The Tasty Little Numbers brand was conceived and created by award-winning product designer and concept creator Jo Beach. Jo say's, 'I created Tasty Little Numbers after my son was born. I wanted to manage my weight as part of trying to live a healthy lifestyle but I did not want to have to eat diet food to do so or add up calories (I was so tired after becoming a new mum that I could not remember my own name let alone add up calories!). I just wanted a really simple way to continue to eat the food that I loved to eat but in a portion size that gave me all the taste, satisfied my craving and allowed me to 'finish off' whatever took my fancy. I try to eat my 5 portions of fruit & veg everyday, but I am never going to stop fancying some chocolate or a curry and eating Tasty Little Numbers allows me to manage the amount of calories I put in without having to think about it too much - for me managing my weight is all about portion control! What has been really great and made it all worthwhile is the number of women and men, of all ages, who have contacted me to say they are watching what they eat but are not necessarily 'on a diet'. It is amazing to read how much they say they enjoy eating their Tasty Little Numbers and how managing their weight has become more simple and convenient!' P.S.
